MANY TIMES LEAVING THE INN IS DIFFICULT - ESPECIALLY AFTER AN EXCEPTIONALLY RESTFUL STAY. OUR CHECK-OUTS ARE UP UNTIL 11:00AM ON YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE. LATER CHECK-OUTS ARE AVAILABLE - BUT BECAUSE LATER CHECK-OUTS MEANS EXTENDED WORK-TIMES FOR OUR HOUSEKEEPERS THEY ARE AVAILABLE ONLY AT AN EXTRA CHARGE - PLEASE NOTIFY US AHEAD OF TIME OF YOUR NEEDS SO THAT WE CAN SCHEDULE OUR HOUSEKEEPERS ACCORDINGLY....

Housekeeping Services

Our Bed & Breakfast is committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and private environment for all our guests. To balance our high standards of cleanliness with your personal preference, we have established the following housekeeping protocol:

EVERY OTHER DAY FULL SERVICE: For stays of more than two nights, rooms undergo a complete cleaning and restocking of amenities every other day. This includes new bed linens, bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing towels and toiletries.
NON-SERVICE DAYS: On days when a full cleaning is not scheduled, we respect your privacy by not entering your room. Housekeeping is available on these days only upon request.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS: If you require additional housekeeping services, such as fresh towels or bed making on non-service days, please let us know 10:00 AM to ensure timely service.

Reservations / Cancellations - Please Read Carefully

Winter Season Policy (Dec 1 - Mar 1): During the winter months, we exclusively rent our Carriage House rooms (Art Nouveau Suite, Sherlock Holmes, and Watson). The Main House is available for reservations of 3 or more rooms. Please contact us for more information.
Hot Tub Notice: The outdoor hot tub for the Art Nouveau Suite is unavailable during December and January.
A payment equal to the rate of the total nights stay plus applicable taxes will be charged when reservations are made, confirmed and receipted. Reservation payments may be paid in cash, personal check, or as a convenience to guests, may be charged to a guest's Visa, Master Card, Amex, or Discover credit card. Cancellation Policy

Important: Once a reservation is placed, confirmed, and charged, there are no refunds for cancellations or shortened stays. If we are able to book the same room for the same dates as your cancellation, we will issue a credit valid for one year at your request.

As a point of information: For the safety and comfort of all of our guests the Victorian Villa has a "no smoking" policy. The Victorian Villa is a 19th Century Guesthouse, we are not a motel or a hotel. Our Guest Suites and Bedchambers, by design, are set up for Privacy & Romantic Get-Aways. The Villa is a great place to rekindle your relationship or begin a new one. All of our rooms have an Amazon FireTV available, you will need to provide your own account to view your favorite channels or bring your own FireStick or Roku.

The Villa, an unhurried reflection of the 19th Century, is also a great place for a Solitude & Reflection Get-Away - a wonderful place to finish that novel, or just sit and relax in the sunshine, enjoy our Gazebo or many porches and decks to relax the day away...

We are a small inn, with only ten guest rooms, and we do fill up quickly, especially on weekends and holidays. Please make your reservations early to avoid disappointment. We look forward to your visit!
